He is a head-start supporter bro. He simply voted against the measure to continue it because it does not protect Head Start as a faith-based organization. With that language included, he would have joined the others in voting for it.

Head Start isn't a faith-based organization. And any organization that recieves FEDERAL FUNDING does not have the right to decide who works there based on their religious preference. Period. That's why people are against faith-based orgs.
