Eternal Patrol Ceremony done to honor those veterans and POWs who have gone on "Eternal Patrol." Ceremony was performed at the USS Robert E Lee reunion on September 22nd, 2007.

Here in Indianapolis, every July 30, we go to the War Memorial downtown, where the bell from the USS Indianapolis is kept.
The bell is struck 880 times for the Indianapolis's sailors still "on patrol".
God Bless our Sailors and Marines.

Great Tribute to our Fellow Submariners who gave their lives for our country.
May they RIP on Eternal Patrol.
Very timely viewing as I watched this on Veteran's day.
