An exploration of the urban area between the A12 motorway, Utrecht and Niewegein in the Netherlands using elements of cinema verité and situationist dérive. By ecofuturist filmmaker Julian H. Scaff and landscape artist Jeroen van Westen.
Reminds me of the early films of Wim Wenders. I like the perfect symmetry of the boat shots; in those shots, the linearity of the canal seems to have influenced the surrounding landscape, and gives the overall impression of an environment in which the overall aesthetic is determined by its transportation methods.

Method of Movement: Camera Duct Taped to a Tortoise, could have come next. I like the boat shots best, it was like a really big camera dolly.

This is like a hybrid between documentary and audio/visual meditation, like an anagram of a Godry Reggio film.
