@sammygod09 The salt (use a lot) when added to very warm water and swished around in the mouth will take the soreness out of the canker sore. You can't cure it, it will disappear in 7 to 10 days. Any longer than that and you should see a doctor.

I wet a cotton tip and then i pour lots of salt on it, then I hold it against the ulcer, hurts like fuck but I'm hoping it does some help towards removing it. XD
I've got one right now... :C

For me I don't touch it I don't put salt I just leave it alone after a week it will still be there but it does not hurt
