No clue. We'll have to ask. I do suspect that Tim has a very active learning strategy, compared to many folks. A Passive learning strategy is one that results in knowing the right answers. An Active Learning Strategy is one where one focuses on learning for the sake of learning. Application actively and naturally follows. Let me know if that makes sense.
