This is awesome :) I do women's muay thai, so I figured I should learn the jiu jitsu moves as well. I need to find a gym to go to though. There's one guy on my college whose taught me some of the moves, just need to practice though!

Not the best way to pass guard better to push the elbows into the thys then hold one leg to the ground put your closest leg over but leaving the shin rested on the thy to ensure they dont pull u back into guard and to cause pain then bring the furthest leg over and move to side control best way to ensure passing guard is successful
