Sail Caribbean Staff Training

Sail Caribbean's teen adventure camps are staffed by skilled instructors, leaders and role models. Every staff member is certified in Wilderness First Aid and CPR. Additionally, every program includes at least one medical officer trained as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Wilderness First Responder (WFR). During comprehensive on-site training before the summer, our staff review safety procedures specific to our environment and conduct simulated emergency drills. Whether onboard or ashore, Sail Caribbean students have the adventure of a lifetime, and we maintain the utmost vigilance to keep them safe in the process.
