Prof I is a humble Nyabinghi Rastafari roots brethren who lives in Great Pond Ocho Rios, St Ann Jamaica. Prof I has been a natty dread for almost forty years and has been a "Live Food" consumer about the same period.

He is a dedicated musician and vegetarian cook, he hosts the annual Rastafari Binghi at the Great Pond Ocho Rios location. He is an avid writer and drumming instructor. Prof I records his drumming and chants constantly but because he is not a material brethren, he is faced with society financial constraints necessary to publish his works.

Rastafari is a livity or lifestyle, a consciousness, peacemakers, love and respect for self, love and respect for all including the environment!
