A Coalition for a Safe San Francisco effort and San Francisco Human Rights Commission hearing held on Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 6:00 PM in City Hall, Room 416.
Arab, Muslim, Central and South Asians community members testified about their experience of being profiled because of their race, religion, and national origin.
Community members and experts will testifed regarding SFPD First Amendment safeguards currently in place and the impact of potential local surveillance and intelligence gathering on stifling First Amendment protected political and religious activity.
