  • RIP Jerry. you gave us some amazing movie scores. The Omen, Planet of the Apes, Alien... to name but a few. A man who's talent is missed.

  • I wish they could make a movie with both Chris Reeve (RIP) and Helen Slater... It would be a monstrous hit....

  • Terrible movie/ WONDERFUL Jerry Goldsmith score!

  • @Mosxovits in fact supergirl was in the first script for superman 3. And many more cool things better that what they did... And even Christopher reeve was in this movie too, but in the last time he didn´t want to be in.

  • The witch in this movie was so hot.

  • SUPERSUCK!!! SUPERHURL!!! Could a movie be this bad? Even Chris Reeve who read the script..said HELL NO!!!! so they put a MOVIE POSTER OF HIM IN!!! LAME FLIC. BAD VISUALS. BAD ACTING, THIS MAKES SUPERMAN 3 LOOK LIKE GOLD!!!!

  • Love this film when i was a Kid and i still do, fuck all yal Haters

  • The notion of beings from other worlds have capabilities far beyond ours is plausible. Outright magic existing in our world is not. But technology thats so advanced (alien and even our own now) that it's capabilities and effects are LIKE magic IS also plausible and that take would have made this movie just like Superman Returns but 22 years earlier. And Faye Dunnaway could have pulled it off as a tech smart villain. Just check out 1975's 'Network', which is so prophetic it's scary.

  • I think this movie would have worked and gone over better with audiences had the story been just a little different and the dialogue less simplistic. If say Superman III had never been made and Faye Dunnaway's character was not a user of magic (too hard to buy into in an already unbelievable concept) but instead if she were a computer genius (more believable than Richard Pryer being one) who wanted to use the omegahedron for its advanced technology.

  • Great theme song, excellent cast--too bad the movie didn't live up to. It had its moments, though.

  • Jerry Goldsmith is a super maestro! First Blood soundtrack is out of this world!

  • This is yet another Fantastic score by the inimitable Jerry Goldsmith.

And this is actually a highly underrated movie.
