While I don't mind the idea of death and enjoy the libertarian/anarchist mindset that seems prevalent here, there needs to be more incentives in place than Haven and Hearth.
Pilgrims could glow a "good" or "evil" color depending on their deeds, Or have them forfeit some aspect of the game if they turn to "evil" deeds and vice versa for those who choose "good" deeds exclusively. ie. "good" pilgrims can lead more into battle while "evil" pilgrims are more powerful independently etc.

This looks pretty damn interesting. Can't wait to see what kind of community it breeds.

*I SHALL END THIS MADNESS !*
I am a Minecon Attendee and I know this game might be close to Minecraft gameplay. But this is not a copy. Minecraft is not original by it self.

To anyone that says this is a copy of Minecraft... Fuck you.
To anyone who says this game won't work because of griefers... Fuck you.
To anyone else who is a complete fucking idiot... Fuck you.
Haven & Hearth is a perfect game. Salem might top that.

@Kosmite Assuming that they follow H&H gameplay, you do not know anyone's name until you "kin" them, aka friend them. This means that all players are named ??? to one another at the start. You can "memorize" someone's face, but you must assign your own nickname to them, such as "The guy who stole my bread". Next time you see him, you'll know who he is, but if he kills you, you can't relay that info to anyone, because your characters memories are gone.
