@IcechickenSr  You round the whole thing. However, the line in the middle--where is used to be flat--is the top of the rounded fret. So you don't remove anything from it. You round the fret so that it is the apex.

I didn't know that you could level frets with sandpaper. I thought that you have to use a file... preferably a diamond one.
