Me and my wife saw Steve`s acoustic show in a Church in Bochum, Germany in November 2007. What shall I say, he`s been my idol for 35 years now. A bestaggering atmosphere, a breathtaking technique. And besides, after the show a friedly and gentle Steve would give autograms and talk with his fans. Who else would do that. For me he is a real artist.

This is simply amazing.... the purity of the melodies... the arrangements... what a piece of music.

A great version of a great tune from an awesome album from a true artist ! I would like to see all these acoustic versions on CD ! I have always loved his use of flute and acoustic guitar, one of my favorite musical combinations. Heavenly !

Signori, questo è bello.

It just shows his versatility, and the complexity of this musical arrangement.

Well I was merely commenting on the sound of it lo.

Ian Anderson pwns face on flute xD

I like this! It's a little refreshing change of pace on how this song normally sounds. I love the Ian Anderson style of flute playing employed here.

bellissima. come tutto il resto del disco. Arrangiamento fascinating
Vieni in Italy Steve. A San Marco Venezia a suonare la tua musica classica
Sorry guys, didnt like the acoustic trio stuff, found it boring to be honest. Shame this is what happened to one of my FAVE Steve Hackett instrumentals.
I'd much rather listen to Steve's heavy duty rock music instead.

Acording to me, it's not one or another.
I like both and one make the other one more enjoyable.
I heard Steve playing very loud his old tunes lately in a tiny club. Don't worry, he still can and like to perform these that way !
