  • he asked us to pause at the bottom but in this vid he doesnt pause at the bottom.. not even a sec..i count the seconds.. =/ jim cordova is even better at this

  • thx for this post. yea i think i have gotten great results from this. it removes momentum. it kinda like a way to always force u to use "muscle mind connection". all u also have to do is eat enough calories. but this work!
