    Dropbox does have an GNU/Linux app. I like that google drive gives you more storage, but most mobile apps support Dropbox. so that's very useful.

    The ecological impact of the data centers is also to be taken in count :

    Google is known to be a step forward in powering its data centers with renewable power sources unlike Amazon cloud (on wich dropbox is hosted) that is powered mostly by fossile fuel. (source : greenpeace)
