I'm an professional sales agent and selling is my profession. Communicating is one the the bigest part in my job and Larry doesn't show anything but the bigest fear a man can have. He started defending immediatly. He trying to win sympathy and uses his name. He's deffinatly fighting against it.

Finally, someone with clout in the IT industry is calling Cloud Computing what it really is - marketing spin without any substance.

1. larry is eccentric
2. he has a vested interest in the success of bloated ERP software

you may not like the concept of cloud computing but his arguments comparing computer terms to womens fashion is a little crazy.

read richard stallman if you want an intelligent debate on the issue (if slightly paranoid)

I'd rather deal with paper merchants than technicians rolling off their spin. Good call Larry, a business view of the new technical santeria. There is always a y2k or cloud waiting in earth's orbit to blow us to smithers. Kotter's change management methodology has infiltrated everything.
