www.RobReynar.com - Recently read an article and Twittered with Vancouver Realtor Kye Grace, www.KyeGrace.com, about the 12% HST or Harmonized Sales Tax that the BC Government is implementing in July of 2010. It will replace the current PST and GST with one tax. Some other provinces have gone this route as well. My concern for BC Home Buyers and Realtors is what the new rate will do to the overall economy and the cost of doing business.Looks like the Alberta Advantage is alive and well!

  • i almost forgot . you should have a look at how the cow fart tax is helping farmers ! we all know there are more people than cows so they should have a people fart tax as well ! IT WORKS ! this will make the average joe very wealthy indeed ! thank God they finally came out with the 12% HST . we individuals were starting to run out of finances .

  • oh yeah ! i can definately see the advantages . taxes are always a positive force for the economies of the world . economics 101 says when things cost more, the standard of living increases, more jobs are created, and people generally have more money in their pocket to spend ! i hope they tax breathing pretty soon so we will all be rich ! -peace-
