It sounds really reasonable and possible. I read the main points of this idea in their site... it's not only a great idea, it's also a new way to look about this conflict, a new way that reveals many unattended mistakes that had put down roots through the years. I really think this idea has the greatest chance to make real peace that we all wish.

what was talked about at Anapolis has been talked about and regurgitated a thousand times and it didn't and can't work.
50% of Palestinians want to leave the West Bank and are ready to do so if they have the money and somewhere to go to.
give each family $100,000 and Jordan would possibly accept them because they would be coming with money and a future and not as refugees.
$100,000 per family would be a lot less than the money that is now thrown into a bottomless pit.
