This entire speech, as powerful as it is, would be absolutely perfect if solemn music were playing behind it. I know just what'd go.
As for the message... I thank you for uploading this. Amazing. Truly amazing. Heston was a great man. A wonderful man. A good actor. This speech defines his character. It's an incredible shame that when the Oscars showed who had died that year... when his name came up, he was given a simple, polite clap. Nobody respected him. Nobody cared.
