Marked Men for Christ

The Marked Men for Christ ministry was founded in prayerful response to the call of the Holy Spirit to strengthen the men of this time in history to face the unique challenges they encounter as followers of Jesus Christ. Today's Christian men face challenges of isolation, absent or abusive fathers, busyness, lack of Biblically based rituals, emotional numbness, workaholics, substance abuse, internet pornography utter self-reliance, pressure to succeed, etc.

Building on the wisdom and experience of others - and trusting in our Lord Jesus Christ - MMFC calls men out of their "comfort zone." After building an atmosphere of trust, men are encouraged to open their hearts to Jesus Christ, the Truth. In other words, men are invited to "get real" and be honest with God, themselves, and other men.

MMFC helps men to acknowledge the various wounds of deceit, fear, anger, sadness, and shame; then to commend these wounds to Jesus Christ; to receive Christ's healing in the midst of brotherly love, and to respond to His gift by embracing their God-given mission in life. MMFC fosters continuing growth through "soul groups" and various activities after the initial weekend.

Stand: Romans chapters 1 and 2 speak to this. Check those two chapters out. Every person on earth has a conscience. Every person can see the wonders of Creation. If a person is honest these two alone give the will of the person enough to either chose to want to move toward the truth of the Creator or to move away from Him. Our fallen natures run away. That is evil. All of us have that dual nature of knowing yet running. God has to reach us. We are lost. God does that. How we respond is the issue
