anyone can buy something from you on ebay if your a seller and then you can file for a refund and they dont even have to refund the correct item, Ebay will automatically take their side.

For any viewers unaware, ebay has announced a new policy where they are basically going to start stealing everyone's photos and allowing anyone to use them. You supposedly have the ability to opt out by a certain date. Users are reporting far & wide that they are automatically opted in though & some are not able to opt out due to page malfunction (not saving changes)

I urge anyone concerned to make noise and take action to keep this policy from being enacted. Very doubtful it can be legal IMO

way to go cappnonymous paypal is slower then a cheque they say 5 days more like 7 and once it was 22 days when my brother sold a playstation and the payment had been cleared ebay is going down ,pay with paypal pay pal protection it doesnt exist keep up the good fight capnonymous 1 man can make a differnce

Not sure how things are in th UK, but here in the USA PayPal is only supposed to be a "Money Transmitter", yet they are for all intents & purposes, acting as an Escrow Service. Apparently they are able to get away with that because it will take legal action or legislation to change that, & eb-PP have a way of silencing  "noise" through various means. I want everyone affected to start writing their lawmakers, or simply close their accs.
