MONKEY Rは1987年に発売された。モンキーシリーズとして発売されたが、フレームなどの車体構成は全くと言っていいほどの別物であり、スピード走行をイメージしてかハンドルの­位置が低く、前後輪を10インチにして前輪にディスクブレーキを装備し、エンジンもカブと仕様を同一にして4.5psまで出力を向上させていた。（当時のカブは4.5ps­）

1988年に追加モデルとしてRTが発売されたが、これは車体構成はRと同一であるものの、アップハンドルに変更してリアキャリアを装備し、タイヤをオフロードに対応した­ブロックパターンに変更して、オールマイティな走行を可能にしたモデルとなっていた。

しかし共にモンキーほどの支持は得られず、数年間で販売終了となっている。現在も限定的にファンが存在し、熱心なファンの間では状態のいい中古車両が当時の新車販売価格を­凌ぐ高値で取引されている。
MONKEY R･MONKEY RT

MONKEY R was put on the market in 1987. It is a different thing as you may say complete the body composition such as frames, it bites, the position of the steering wheel is low, the back and forth circle is made ten inches imaging the speed running, the front wheel is equipped with the disk brake, the engine also makes Cab and the specification the same, and the output has been improved to 4.5ps though it was put on the market as a monkey series. (Cab at that time is 4.5ps. )

This was a model by whom it changed to the improvement steering wheel, it equipped with a rear career, the tire was changed to the block pattern corresponding to the off-road, and running of almighty enabled it though was the same as R the body composition though was put RT on the market as an additional model in 1988.

However, both support like the monkey doesn't obtain, and be a sales termination in several years. The fan exists limitedly now, and it has dealings among the devout lovers by high-priced of a used vehicle's where the state is good surpassing a new car sales price at that time.
