Baby Huey and his Huey Cam filmed as Tesla stopped by the Bone Studios for a celebrating edition of "Hey Mom, I'm on The Bone," with Steven Seaweed.

The guys brought their acoustic guitars and played a track from their forthcoming album "Reel to Reel."

It's an album covering some of their favorite songs. Their first single is Led Zeppelin's classic song "Thank You," which is what they performed for the Bone Listeners.

Enjoy!

Lamont and Tonelli on 5-10am pacific time.

Steven Seaweed 10am-3pm pacific time.

  • These guys always have been underrated. They still play and sing as well as they did 20 years ago.Its scary. No drop off at all.

  • unfortunately today, a drum machine and a bad attitude can sell a million records and it is not even really music.

  • Thanks for the post. One of, if not the best hard band of the 1980s. Frank is the most underrated guitarist out there.

  • My ex-boss roadied for these guys back in the day. Tenuous connection for the win.

God, this is my favorite take on this song, full stop. Better than the original, if such a thing is possible.

  • BRAVO....

  • sony or any of those bigger labels should promote these guys like they did to bon jovi ...

tesla is rock n roll at its finest!

  • I think they are the best band from the 80's. They sound as good as they did 20 years ago. They just keep rockin as always !! Very under rated band !! Tesla Rocks !!

  • What do you mean by 80's crap? I think you are a crap.

  • WOW, Such a great band. Too bad they got caught up in the 80's crap. 20yrs. later and haven't lost a step ! TESLA ROCKS !!!!!

  • no doubt. they are still a great band. i love "into the now". that whole CD is awesome. i wish they were marketed better, because they so deserve it. they're one of the best bands no one knows about

  • Move over Robert Plant!!!!!

I don't think so , but still damn awesome
