This is a clip from the UK rehearsal in Brixton, London, Uk. This is just before our show case at terminal studios. I like to show this for the young students, or any aspiring Afro Beat bands. One has to start some where, and Marlena Shaw is a good point a. Don't be afraid to expand your repertoire. Fela played ALL kinds of music at his night club Shrine, he did not live in a bubble listening to just one genre. He and Sandra Izsadore played "Come Together" by the Beatles.
