I'm jamming to the Thelonious Monk classic "Blue Monk". I'm a jazz noob so I beg your forgiveness ahead of time. Half of it is finger/thumb picked and for the rest I'm using a "pickboy 150" jazz style plectrum. I'm using a beginner level Washburn WG-587 7 string electric guitar. The amp is a marshall 30dfx but it's turned down way low since it was past midnight. I recorded a simple rythm track earlier and it's playing on my iPod. I love how after I finish, the next song on the iPod starts playing. You get props if you can recognize it ;)
