i made then and are you sure its 125g flour because 2 1/4 cup is more than that because i live in the uk we use grams and never cup :)

I remember watching my mom make cookies when I was little. You pretty had to eat them when they were raw or right out of the oven because they were so dry and hard. She puts all the ingredients in one bowl and stirs. I remember ice cream pails full of these tooth breakers. Later, when I took Foods in HS, I told her they are so dry because you need to mix the dry ingredients separate. FYI never give your mom advice on cooking when you are a kid. She is a good cook, though. Just can't bake.
