They deny his propose because they know that a lot of Obama's proposes are just ridiculous, and unconstitutional sometimes. 2 things:

1. Khomeini is conservative. Real fucking conservative.

2. As a governor, Romney requested (look up the governors' letter) and used (look up the TANF 8th Annual Report) a work requirement waiver - along with 28 other Republican governors. So HHS under Obama (and Bush) gave GOP governors what they wanted and you say Obama's "proposes [sic] are fucking ridiculous." @SsUcCuBuZz is right - you're a fucking idiot.
