Also, how can you act so and expect your allies to support your lapses in good faith. In any case you cannot ensure that people snatched by bounty hunters will care who is snatched as long as they get paid. For that reason alone you cannot rely that the people in Guantanamo and elsewhere are really the true terrorists and anyway we would also be described as insurgents if we were occupied by an Arab super power.
