The Holy quran are the words from Almighty Allah & have various metaphors in explanation. The prophet Muhammad SAW understands these metaphors very well eventhough he is illiterate. The prophet was appointed to teach his followers what the quran was meant & was recorded in the alhadiths. Sayidina Othman R.A gave the idea of recording both the quran & alhadiths in books.
