In competitive power lifting... the point is to reach maximum weight while following the rules... Pinky cannot go bast ring, ass and shoulder blades must stay on bench... he lowers the bar with consistent control and speed, he touches his chest only lifting when given the signal by the judge "lift!" and controls the bar evenly and consistently, locking out the weight and racking when told to. The arch and grip are done to minimize range of movement.. also the shirt adds 200 pounds lol

this is amazing, but i also think its cheating. He lowers the bar so little cause he is SO fat
