This dog is obviously happy and can walk on it's back legs just fine. It's perfectly capable of living its life to a full extent. You're basically saying that people are forcing this dog to stay alive? I think you got it backwards.

Yes and No. Certain areas having adapted for bipedal movement but her spine is still being put under a lot of pressure. She will have back problems probably sooner than those similar to her that have both legs or have used wheels instead.
