RULES FOR THE OVER THE FENCE, SOFA SO GOOD COMPETITION
1) ENTRY IN THE COMPETITION IS FREE.
2) ALL VIDEO ENTRIES must be uploaded to YouTube.
3) If for any reason the video entry is deemed unsuitable by The Over The Fence Comedy Film Festival (OTFCFF) we reserve the right to remove the link to the video entry from our Fan Page, Group Page or website.
4) Entrants must inform organizers of their video by tagging "@Overthe Fence" when sending The Over The Fence Comedy Film Festival (OTFCFF) your YouTube link
5) The ENTRY Deadline by which all videos must be uploaded is by the end of Saturday 21st May2011 (11:59 pm WAST).
6) The video entry must be 30 seconds or less in duration.
7) (ALL MUSIC, WORDS and IMAGES USED in your video entry MUST be original or Copyright-free) It is the entrant's responsibility that the film does not infringe the rights, including but not limited to, copyright or intellectual property etc. of another person, group or entity. Infringing these rights will mean disqualification of the entry. So if any of the music or images are owned by someone else or if you heard it on the radio, don't use them. If in doubt, don't use it. The video entry must be the work of the entrant and any crew involved in its making.
8) ALL ENTRIES MUST IDENTIFY THE ENTRANT(S) by name with a closing credit.
9) All entrants must ensure that there are no corporate logos shown during the video, this includes anyone wearing and/or displaying corporate logos. Entrants are advised to remove or obscure labels/brand names from any commercial products used in their videos.
10) The Best video entry will be judged by The OTFCFF. The judges' decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. No discussion on content, ownership or copyright will be entered into.
11) The Most Popular video entry will be determined by the number of YouTube "likes" the video entry receives by the end of Friday 27th May, 2011 (11:59 pm WAST).
12) Prizes are not negotiable & non-transferable. They are 1 x $100 for Most Popular Video entry and 1 x $200 for Best Video entry.
13)Winners will initially be informed through Facebook.
14) The entrant indemnifies the competition organisers from any loss, injury or damage that may occur in the production of their video.
15) All entries will be acknowledged through Facebook only.
16) By entering the competition the entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
17) The entrant retains copyright over their work, but by uploading a video, the entrant grants permission to The Festival to use the video entry to promote the Over The Fence Comedy Film Festival through its website, Facebook Group, Facebook Page and other electronic media.
18) By entering the competition the entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
