The texture is somehow likes rice cake but the taste is really good and not so different from ordinary ice cream =p

Turkish dondoruma is made by goat milk ^^ .

The ordinary ice cream made by milk powder :) . Especially mc donalds ^^

Oh cool,

I am from Turkey but I live in Europe.

I remember that in my hometown (Konya) they were Dondurma restaurants and to eat Dondurma they gave me a fork and a knife to eat it because texture is like Chewing gum.

That made me surprised :D
