C is using the app Answers Yes No to answer questions about what he wants to play with. This is the first time we have used this app. I have now made a template to prevent the accidental swipes. C is 2 years old with cerebral palsy and seizure disorder. www.babieswithipads.blogspot.com using iPads to promote development with infants and toddlers with special needs.
is good to have that tool but, mmm i think he can easily show (without the ipad) if he wants to say yes or not, it´ld be more efective to put in the ipad all the things he may want so he can choose what he wants from the begening.

My nephew uses the note-taking app called Ghostwriter Notes in answering our questions since he can't talk straight. It really helps our family communicate with him. Good thing my sister bought the app via majorspot[dot]com

Is this the a great app by simplified touch.. called "Answers:YesNo".... Absolutely Fabulous.. gives a voice to those unable to speak!!!! Cures depression related to the isolation of not being able to speak.. has the power to reconnect trauma patients, people with tubes or brain injuries.. or just someone in the dentist chair!! So simple yet soooo very powerfully liberating!
