I have windows 7 starter.. Its on a netbook like a dell inspiron mini its a 32 bit if that matters i want to start my whole computer over but it doesnt have a cd thing so idk how else to reset it i want to erase Everything and make it new like i just got it... Anyone plz help or relate to me?!
