The Little Mermaid - Beyond My Wildest Dreams

This is Kerry Butler as Ariel, for the Demo cast of The Little Mermaid on Broadway. I noticed that nobody had posted it yet, and I thought some might be interested.

I posted this yesterday, with a crappy, little, half-assed slide show. Lol So here's my 2nd try...and hopefully it's less crappy...and definitely less half-assed.

Sierra's an amazing performer, and a great Ariel! However, Kerry understands the ACTING part of performing much more clearly (Which is obvious in basically everything she's been in). She can sound beautiful like Sierra does (Little Shop of Horrors anyone?), and then of course there's Xanadu which is totally off in a different direction! Here, she'd fit tthe role better because she SOUNDS like Ariel is supposed to: An excited teenager!

@HahaToasted I agree 100%. She does sounds like a 16 year old girl all curious, amazed and just very "Ariel". The other version sounds more mature and not much like a teenage girl.
