@MoreBoomThanZoom well i put a memphis mojo in my lancer and it rattled so bad it caused the lid to rub the paint on the flat part top of bumper.  I guess im probably using alot more power though so yours will hold up better but I ended up sealing off the trunk like a mini wall when seats folded down facing the sub in the cab. On the back dash in the center it has like a rectangle shape in the mold, I cut that out and that is my port on the box also cut out arm rest or behind the arm rest
