Howard Stern will remain on Sirius XM radio for another five years.  E! Online reports that Stern announced this morning that he's signed a five-year contract.  Stern did not discuss specifics of the contract, except to say that it gives him more "flexibility."

The fallout continues over racy photos of Christina Aguilera that hit the Internet yesterday.  A rep for Aguilera tells TMZ that the semi-nude pictures were "illegally obtained by a hacker" that the rep says will be "pursued aggressively."

Speculation about Aretha Franklin's illness continues.  On Wednesday, Fox 2 Detroit quoted a relative as saying that Franklin does have cancer.  Franklin's cousin is quoted by the ''Detroit Free Press'' as saying that Franklin is doing well and may be released from the hospital this weekend.

Funeral services for Elizabeth Edwards are scheduled for this Saturday in Raleigh, North Carolina.  CNN reports that Edwards' funeral will be open to the public.

Rumors that Lindsay Lohan may appear as a contestant on ''Dancing With the Stars'' continue to circulate.  Radar Online claims Lohan "is secretly in talks" to appear on the ABC celeb reality show.
