  • Jason Rubin is amazing and he is owning this dumbass on his own show.

  • I had the misfortune of having to work with (luckily not work for) Jason Rubin way back when and he was definitely the absolute biggest douche bag I had ever met in my life. Hated him from day one (and him me) and he treated everyone like shit at that time. Seems to have mellowed out in this interview here so I guess he finally grew up.

  • Dude he didnt come up with Crash Bandicoot. He started the Jak and Daxter series. Andy Gavin was in charge of Crash Bandicoot.

  • does anyone know why jason rubin left naughty dog cus i heard some where that he left cus he made a controversial speech at something called the 2004 D.I.C.E. summit

  • i think the grass was nice.

  • @nickbates1970 WOAH lol What did you work with him on?

  • Actually, Universal owned the rights to Crash form the beginning and had Naughty Dog do the first three Crash games. The contract was supposed to expire but Universal allowed them to do CTR before letting go. So no, they didn't sell the rights to Universal; in fact they never owned them. I checked the back of my Crash copy for PS1, and it states that Naughty Dog is only in control of the source code. It's sad, but true.

  • Sadly, Jason Can't take Crash back, They moved on. But, Imagine if they kept Crash, He would be in a whole new story, With different characters and a story. But now it's involved with "Mojo" which sounds like it was made up off the bat. If only someone would take the original Crash games, Use their levels objects and enemies and make Fan-Made levels. That would be sweet.

  • who cares who we was, about who he is. And he is awesome

  • who cares who we was, about who he is.

  • i would have asked jason how he feels about the current status of Crash Bandicoot...I mean the world of Crash that he and Naughty Dog created are all just going downhill since the development switch, and I think it really is a shame

  • @nickbates1970

you never know, you should try to meet him and pacth things, up =D
