Life After You

Jane Aire and The Belvederes often worked with Kirsty MacColl and Rachel Sweet who sing backing vocals on some Jane Aire recordings. Life After You is a personal favourite of mine. Jane Ashley now sings with the Majestics and looks and sounds better than ever. This is my first attempt at making a "movie" lol, so please be forgiving as this is an experiment for me. I hope the quality is good enough not to spoil it for you.

Great song from a true new wave classic album.  Such a shame so few people even know who she is or that the album even exists. Wayne

This album is an absolute fave of mine. The last three tracks ("Life After You," "Wind Me Up," and "Love Is A Fire") seem like a mini epic of sorts, to me, as they intertwine quite nicely.

Does anyone have any concert film of Jane during this time?

Also, I'd ***LOVE*** to know more about the work that Rachel Sweet and Kirsty MacColl did with Jane. I think I hear their voices on a few tracks, including my fave, "Wind Me Up." Also, I think Jane's sister sang backup, as well.
