i just got this and its pretty much a hair cutting machine people use but its a one sided blade with identical teeth but much larger , i was scared to use it i thought it might cut my dog up in the process but apparently it works really well

I have 1 for my Miniature Collie, med. size and he loves it! My Collie was shaved, and I thought, "Not much will come off of him". WRONG! I got a ball of hair bigger than a baseball from that dog! If you don't have one, go buy one! I got mine off of eBay. Ebay is Cheaper than Petsmart or any other stores. DO NOT buy an immitation rake. I have to go, I'm going to FURMINATE my grandma's dog1 Bye! 8-)

Bought one today for my cats, one cat when groomed never seems to lose much fur but with the FURminator it works brilliantly and she loves it - no more hair balls!
