These guys are in my 75-gallon reef. I started with 3 small babies, and they all grew up together. They used to school together, but as they matured, they dug seperate burrows in different spots in the tank.
Then, after re-arranging the tank, these two started hanging out together all the time, even sharing the same burrow. When it became obvious that these two had paired off, I sold the one remaining bachelor to a client..

  • No, not at all.....

  • They start out with horizontal stripes when they are young. As they mature, the pattern changes into what you see on mine..
