The Sniper on The Tower

Bringing in the new year, opening of my own account and with the official release of I.C.P.s The Tower Music Video I bring to you my revised Halo 3 The Shooter on The Tower Music Video. Named The Sniper on the Tower.
The video if of the events of Charles Whitman in 1966. He barricaded himself on top the 27th floor of the Texas university tower. He killed 13 people and injured like 30 more. Insane Clown Posse made this song, The Tower in 2007 and released it on their Tempest album under Psychopathic Records. They announced on a weekly freekly weekly that they were making a video for this song and they released it on February 16th, 2008.

Great Song. Just one note: SWAT was created after the tower sniper took out all those people at the university. And SWAT did not kill the shooter(as indicated in the song).

@Zetio21 if you mean where did it happen. it was in austin texas on the texas university campus on august 1st 1966. charles whitman climbed a clock tower with a large arsenal of weaponry and murdered 15 people, but actually it was something like 17 i think? and he wounded some 30 others. the incident recies perticular attention because charles was a very normal well behaved man who went to church, served his country, and was a model citizen. however he went mad due to a number of circumstances
