If you want to learn how to operate a bosun's chair, rappel off of skyscrapers, or anything else that has to do with high angle services, than this is the vid you want to see. It is the first installment in my "how to series"

  • Nice transition. I use an SRT myself but i'm impressed by how well the Fisk works. I know some other guys that use a similar figure-8, the kind with the horns on top, and it's just killing there performance.

Good video by someone that actually knows what they're doing!

  • I think the figure 8's your friends use are actually for recreational absailing, not industrial use. Fisk's rock, they are quick to attach, and unattach, there are no screws or moving parts to break, you can navigate overhangs easily, and most importantly, you have similar resistance at the top of the building as you do at the bottom. Unlike a rack, where you have too much resistance at the top and too little at the bottom. SRT's are ok, better than racks or cylinders, but the fisk is best.

  • where the hell u been man, you've missed some killer bvd vids....lol

  • I've been crazy bussy man! Things are startin to slow down alittle though, so I'll have more time on here.

  • well hope wcb didnt catch you doing this ,cause all your equipment ar full of paint and some other material ,and yes you jump on the over hang with out tying your self so you exceed 6 foot :) and how stay safe buddy :)

  • Great Video man! I do chair work in toronto but use a two rope decent devise, It's not legal to use a single rope for a bosun chair in my area. Be safe and out of the wind lol

  • Very good video. For future reference you may want to tie off to your rope grab before you jump over the handrail. 100% tie off is a must when it comes to heights. First tie into your rope grab then access the area where the fall hazard is.

  • BTW it would be so hilarious if you fell down halfway in the vid

  • Is this somewhere in Vancouver? Really looks like it. Anyway I get tingly nuts too. Damn I'm such a wimp

  • god damn dude, i hope they pay you well. fuck all that shit. im scared standing on a cinder block overlooking an 8 inch drop. my nuts were actually tingling watching you do that shit.....do it again...LOL..no really, you know that "tingly nut" feeling you get when you top an unexpected hill in a car...
