When you have a LOT of edge turning to do, it's best to attach the boards to the cloth first and then turn the edges as a separate operation. The boards have been attached in this demonstration of a device I invented a number of years ago to handle multiples and difficult materials that were tough on my hands. Making cases like this can take 7-10 minutes each. Using this device cuts the turning time down to less than 2 minutes per case, attaching the boards was about 30 seconds; you can see the advantage to dividing this task into two steps. I finished 170 cases in a day and a half. This is the first video taken with a new camera that has a wider angle lens.
