Berg's case was dismissed by the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick. Anyone gullible enough to think a Senator who has set on the committees that Senator Obama has sat on committees where he was briefed by the CIA and the FBI and still believe he didn't undergo high level security checks isn't thinking things through and was probably gullible enough to buy Corsi's piece of crap debunked book and probably even sent a donation to Berg for his "lawsuit". Berg is appealing to the Supreme Court, so what? Do you honestly believe they wil hear his case? Appealing a ruling and having the Supreme Court take it up are 2 completely different things and with Berg's history, among other things, my guess is he'll be standing in front of the Pennsylvania Bar yet again long before he makes it in front of the Supreme Court, but ya'll keep sending him money if it makes you feel better.

Anyone with the filing fee can file a lawsuit. You are aware that when the question of John Mccain's eligibly came up Senators Claire McCaskill Obama and Clinton co-sponsored a bill, S. Res. 511 to settle that issue. the Hawaii Depart of Health confirmed that the birth certificate posted online by the Obama campaign is "a valid Hawaii state birth certificate" and has called the speculation about Obama's citizenship "pretty ridiculous."

There was no number of reference, no seal on the certificate "of live birth" on the Obama website, they can't confirm anything without the seal on the document and the ref number.

And it was not a Birth certificate.

Speculation about the Obama's citizenship are really ridiculous because he is unable to provide any document to prove that he is a natural born citizen ...

His educational records show he was registered as a foreign student, that's why we can't see them! He is not a natural born US citizen and is not qualified to be president. Hopefully our court system will order him out of office, if they fail to act it will be up to our military to act on their oath and protect and defend the Constitution, this could get real nasty!
