This song would be "the song" for the ultiment choice, Life/Good or Death/Evil. I would choose life over death, ironicly its evil over good, hands down.

Keiji Inafune has said that he originally intended for Mega Man X5 to be the final entry of the X series. With a song like this, you can definitely understand that initial sentiment. It just has that FINALITY to it..."This is the moment everyone's waited for..."

Like people have said, this is where X goes to confront Zero. As you rush through that level, it makes you reflect on the previous titles - all of which have led to this moment.

Now that Inafune's gone, I wish X5 did end X.
