I am dutch and we don't have republicans. I dont eat fast food, i dont have a favorite tv show and i just ran outside. So i'm not that stereotype you think i am.
But nevertheless, the right to protect yourself is an universal human right. The right to overthrown your own government because they do not represent the people is also a right of the inhabitants.
I dont like guns and people shouldnt cary them, pretty like it is overhere.

This is just a simplification that isnt even the truth.
Just some faqs:
- 95% of the indians were killed when we colonised America,... because of disease, not gun powder.
- Indeed they burned witches, but they also did this in Europe. In other parts of the world people still burn or kill people without good reasons where we Western stop killing people.
- The 2nd amendement, a product of Thomas Jefferson, is one of the best laws ever created. Denying this makes you an idiot.

The Second Amendment was valid 200 yrs ago, not today. Are you and your beer drinking buddies taking up "arms against an out-of-control and oppressive gov't"? Nope. You remain sedentary with bad television and fast food while a runaway fascist republican-run gov't cuts taxes for the wealthy, cuts funding for education, and wages foreign wars solely for corporate gains. I love the US, but the gov't is absolutely out of control.
