Here's a quick tip on how I keep track of injection sites for my Copaxone. It only takes about 10 minutes of prep time each time I get a new box of Copaxone. I hope this helps.

  • You are super organised. When I was on copaxone I would just try to go for an area that didn't have a big red lump. You look really healthy - copaxone must be working for you! It is supposed to be less painful without the autoinjector...

  • @missalgernon :)) Thanks I've had relapses just about every month since being diagnosed but I think a lot of that has to do with the heat. I'm so oooooo ooo happy Summer is ending!

  • When I was on Copaxone I did them manually as well. It was so much easier and faster. I also found it less painful. I stomach was my favorite spot, I guess since I had enough fat LOL. I hated the thighs, it really hurt, I did like my hips and the side of my legs. You have a great way of keeping track! Good job for sharing with everyone new to it.

  • @MSVlogSupport :)) Faster was the word I was looking for in my video LOL! And I think it's less daunting for me to just inject opposed to loading twisting and hearing that big pop! :)) Funny how you hated thighs and I love them, I don't inject in my tummy, that might actually be my favorite spot for the same reasons if I injected there :))

  • Hello give me a call :)

  • Thanks for sharing this! I'll use that idea for sure, I've been going by where the lump is too! My tummy tends to not hurt as bad or lump up. I love my autoinjector! I was on avonex and it is soooo much better on Copaxone!

  • I hate hitting the the muscle in my thigh beacuse my legs start to spaz

  • Hey girl - thanks for the tip. I was diagnosed with CIS in July and I've been on Copaxone for just over a month. You look fantastic. How have you been doing?

  • Thanks for posting. I too have issues injecting my arms. I hit the muscle a few times and it is painful. The last time I hit the muscle was the most excruciating experience in my Copaxone history. - By the way, your make up looks great.

  • Good idea! My injections are 3x/week, so I have more options than you, but deciding where to inject is always a big deal.
