He discusses how you have to be direct and let them know that you are with someone and are able to see other people. It is only when you sneak around behind a womans back that she has a problem with you so called cheating. As long as you let her know that you want to have relationships with other women it is then up to her to decide if she wants to stay with you. In this video Paul says that most women are good with that.

Because she is free and she doesn't have to lie to you and she knows you feel the same and that you are being real with her. Also, being in an open relationship doesn't mean you don't have any commitment to the people you are in a relationship with at any time. So I can be madly in love with you and be with you and have a secondary relationship. She can do that too. You can be her dude on the side and that is cool too. As long as everyone agrees to the rules, I don't see a problem.
